Dale and his wife Jerusha have served since 1988 with Crossworld, a ministry committed to sending disciple-makers from all professions to bring God's love to life in the world's least-reached marketplaces. They began their ministry in France where they served for nine years, before returning to North America to take a leadership role in Crossworld Canada. In 2009 Dale became the president of Crossworld U.S.A. Since 2023 he has served as president emeritus. Crossworld has some 300 disciple-makers from a variety of professional backgrounds (vocational missionary and marketplace professionals) who are making disciples and launching communities of faith in roughly 30 regions of the world.
